Ingredients

  • 3 very ripe bananas, frozen
  • 250ml plant milk of your choice
  • 2 tbsp porridge oats or buckwheat flakes
  • 1 tsp (flat) cinnamon
  • ½ tsp (flat) nutmeg
  • 2 tsp nut butter (optional)

Instructions

  • Blend all ingredients until smooth and enjoy.
