BBQ ‘Chicken’ Slaw & Cheese Wrap

  • 125g (approx.)/4½ oz vegan chicken pieces or chunks
  • 6 tbsp vegan coleslaw (either make your own or buy one ready made from Sainsbury's, Aldi, M&S, Co-op)
  • 50g/½ cup vegan cheese, grated
  • Salad of your choice: wilted spinach, tomatoes, rocket
  • Sauce options: either sweet chilli, bbq sauce, tomato chutney, pickle (add according to taste)
  • 2 tortilla wraps


  • Lightly fry the 'chicken' pieces according to the instructions on the packet and leave to cool slightly.
  • Divide all the ingredients between the two wraps, fold up and serve or pop in the lunchbox.
